Raja S Shambhu: B.E. Civil Eng. & Masters in Business Economics
Raja Shambhu has more than two decades of experience in Credit underwriting in Retail and Project Finance. He has worked with PNB, ICICI Bank and India-bulls at Senior Levels. Supervised multiple locations pan India, handled the team of Credit and technical team. He has implemented credit policies to incorporate adequate risk management for the business.
His last assignment was with India-bulls Housing Finance as Zonal Head with a complete responsibility of retail and project finance of western India. He possess good amount of experience on big scale residential, commercial & institutional projects funding at various cities in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. Has shown ability to source & acquire project specific new knowledge wherever required. He has demonstrated leadership, resourcefulness and creativity in the efficient and cost effective development and delivery of multiple projects. He is well versed with handling allied aspects of profession like agency selection, site inspection & supervision, Liaoning with local authorities.
He has also got extensive experience in asset valuation and financial appraisal of real estate projects.

Rupesh is having experience of more than a decade in valuation of different types of immovable properties and project approval for retail as well as commercial loans. He has expertise in carry out the market survey and preparing property price Index, feasibility report. He has solid domain knowledge of real estate practices and bye laws.

Gopal Kumar: B. Sc (Stat), MBE (Finance & Econometrics), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Fellow of Institute of Actuaries of India (FIAI)
Gopal has more than 19 years of professional experience in the areas of economic research, academics, business journalism, financial & insurance training, product management, actuarial and business advisory & business valuations.
Gopal’s professional and academic qualifications include B.Sc (Statistics), MBE (Finance & Econometrics) from Delhi University, Certified Financial Planner (CFP) from Financial Planning Standard Board (FPSB) of India and Diploma in Business Finance (DBF) from ICFAI and Fellow Member of Institute of Actuaries of India.
He is also associated with many companies as consultant, mentor and independent director. Gopal has carried out a variety of valuations in the areas of Employee Benefits, Business Valuations, Employees Stock Options (ESOPs), Retirements Benefits, Insurance Company Valuations, Brand Valuations etc.
